Meet the people behind Play4College

Ana Vilcek

Hello! My name is Ana, and I’m 22 years old, originally from Pančevo, Serbia. I graduated with a double major in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS) at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.

As a former international student-athlete, I had the incredible opportunity to compete at the highest collegiate level in the U.S. During my tennis career at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, a Division I school, where I played as high as No. 1 and No. 2 in the lineup throughout my entire time there. I achieved career-high ITA rankings of No. 80 in singles and No. 73 in doubles, earned multiple Player of the Week awards, and was named First Team in singles and Honorable Mention in doubles. In 2023, I was proud to help my team make history by winning both the Big West regular season and the Big West Championship tournament—clinching the championship match along the way. I was also honored to be on the Dean’s List three times during my college career.

I founded Play4College because I want to give student-athletes like myself the guidance and support I wished for when I was going through the recruitment process. My goal is to make this journey clear, exciting, and full of opportunities for talented athletes worldwide.

Drawing from both my academic background and my athletic experience, I’m passionate about helping young athletes find the right path to succeed—both on the court and in the classroom.

Nikola homolkova

Hello! My name is Nikola, and I’m 24 years old, originally from Pelhřimov, Czech Republic. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and my Master’s degree in Educational Psychology at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. As a former international student-athlete, I had the amazing opportunity to compete at the highest collegiate level in the U.S., spending my first two years at California State University, Long Beach, before continuing my career at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa—both Division I schools. Throughout my career, I consistently played in the No. 1 and No. 2 singles spots, achieved career-high ITA rankings of No. 65 in singles and No. 72 in doubles, earned multiple Player of the Week awards, and was named First Team in singles and Honorable Mention in doubles. In 2023, I was proud to be part of the team that made history by winning both the Big West regular season and the Big West Championship tournament. Academically, I was honored to be on the Dean’s List every year for five consecutive years.

At Play4College, I use both my academic knowledge and athletic experience to help student-athletes feel confident and supported as they explore U.S. college opportunities. My goal is to make the entire process clear, encouraging, and exciting—so athletes can focus on their dreams while we help them find the best fit for their future.
